Introduction of IBA-PSU
The Concept of Community colleges in the United states developed in the early 20th century.These colleges are publicly -funded and offer facilities for Higher Education/training according to the needs of local community. Around 60 countries have adopted community college model prominent among them are: Turkey, Singapore, Jorden, India, Australia, canada and now IBA Community College Khairpur has got the affiliation as first community college in pakistan.
About IBA-PSU
IBA Community College Ubauro is newly built over 25 acres of land located on Langha Road, Ubauro. Ubauro Community College started Its first academic session in August 2016 onwards under the umbrella of the strong world-class leadership of Sukkur Institute of Business Administration
(IBA). This college is a new addition to the already established community colleges which is an innovative project of Sukkur IBA. The college is unique in the sense that it is based on the previous experiences and lessons learned from other community colleges, Johnson County Community college, and US Community Colleges under the administrative control of Sukkur IBA. The faculty at Ubauro Community College is highly qualified and experienced along with enthusiasm, hopefulness and energy.

To bridge the gap between urban and rural communities by ensuring accessible and affordable high quality (Primary and Secondary)education and Vocational/technical training programs using modern teaching-learning methods for students of rural communities.
